This is proving to be a popular picture at our Broome Courthouse Markets stall. It was taken at James Price Point in May 2013 during a trip up the coast with my sister and some of her family. What you can see is the sun sparkling on sea stained red by pindan washed in by a particularly high tide.
I print this photo on A3 size (420 mm by 297 mm) metallic photo paper to really highlight those sparkles! It is available for sale, mounted, for $45.00.
Some people have confused it for an Aboriginal dot painting - I should be so talented!
